FES FM – part of the FES Group based at the Pirnhall Business Park in Stirling – have been contracted to oversee the maintenance and cleaning services at FVC’s new campuses at Stirling and Alloa as well as those at the Falkirk Campus.
Tom Gorman Forth Valley College’s Director of Estates Development, said:
“Forth Valley College are delighted to appoint FES FM as the Facilities Management Contractor for a period of three years - with effect from the 19 March 2012 - for the future delivery of Facilities Management Services across the College’s three campuses.
“The College recognised the opportunities that the construction of the new campuses in Alloa and Stirling presented in terms of developing Facilities Management strategy that embraces current best practice within the FM market. Our Agreement with FES FM provides a high level of cost certainty and demonstrates real value for money over the design life of the facility.”
