This course consisting of SQA Units helps students develop the skills and knowledge required for progressing to formal craft training in Carpentry and Joinery. It combines practical training, job knowledge and associated studies with an opportunity of work experience in the Construction Industry.
This programme will encourage a positive attitude and also develop valuable workplace skills. To achieve this, students will learn about the skills and attitudes that employers are looking for, how to work effectively with others and what to expect when out in the workplace.
