Each month exclusively in the Stirling Observer - Shaune Hall and his talented students at the Bistro@the campus provide the paper with a cookery column.
Bistro@the Campus is based in the Raploch Community Campus on Drip Road, Forth Valley College’s popular bistro, is served by an innovative training kitchen which also provides meals for three primary schools and offers an outside catering service. Head Chef Shaune has a wealth of valuable culinary experience accumulated from a career that has seen him apply his trade at Michelin star restaurant Le Moulin de Mougins under legendary Chef Roger Verge.
Each monthly column will encourage sustainability and the sourcing of local produce as much as possible. It will feature a tasty recipe, pictures of local student chefs preparing each meal, handy professional cooking tips, advice and a fantastic competition to win a meal for two at the next bistro@thecampus theme night which are held each month.
