Stirling

Our new Stirling Campus will open its doors in 2012 and will arguably be amongst the finest college buildings in Scotland.

Stirling has a strong university presence, and the campus will promote a range of access, national qualification, and higher-level provision, which may open up opportunities for articulation routes, joint delivery and sharing of facilities.

While the Falkirk Campus may be the natural base for many international learners, a significant proportion may opt to locate in the Stirling area, and this may influence the type and levels of service to be provided to learners within the Stirling Campus.

Stirling 4

The Stirling campus will be a centre of excellence for hospitality, tourism and creative industries and will provide modern apprenticeship training in construction.

A Health Care Academy will further develop our links with the University, through academic collaboration and a shared practical facility. We will also introduce outdoor education and specialist construction skills to the campus to make best use of our geographical position with the National Park.

Although there will be a focus on hospitality, tourism, construction and creative industries, a range of Access, NQ and Schools Link programmes from across the college portfolio will develop the sense of a community college.
